At Leading Inclusive Strategies, we believe disability is a natural part of the human experience—something everyone will encounter, whether through permanent, temporary, or situational circumstances. By advancing accessibility and promoting disability inclusion, we help organizations cultivate environments where everyone can thrive.
We recognize that each person brings their own experiences, perceptions, and understanding of disability into the conversation. We believe that the transformative process of disability inclusion and justice requires community and collective work. That’s why our workshops are designed to be inviting and without shame.
We approach this work with enthusiasm, aiming to expand awareness, increase understanding, and generate excitement about the possibilities that inclusive practices and design can unlock. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one training, group workshops, or strategic planning services for your agency, we offer customized solutions tailored to your specific needs.
